Full and final settelment

I employed in limited company for 5.3 months(April 2009 to  June 2015) and  after submitting my resignation letter they told to serve the notice period of three months, but they not given my June 2015 salary forced to me make some other alternatives and many mails and letters to all the concerned head of the company not replied and not interest to give my final setelement like my super anuation, gratuaity, bonus and leave salary (Total value 2.5 lacs). 

I request what the ways I go head to get my money.

File a written complaint with the Commissioner (Labour Dept.) with a copy to your local Labour Inspector and the MD of your company & take acknowledgements. Things would dramatically change.

The June salary was to be paid on usual pay day. You don't seem to be eligible for Gratuity,Bonus.......until or unless it is inserted in contract without any conditions...... Is notice period of 3 months inserted in appointment letter?
