Friendship as a constitutional goal

Dear friends, in preamble of  The Constitution of India we the people of India have solemnly  resolved to promote the fraternity among all citizens. Under  Art 51-A (e) we have adopted a fundamental duty to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India …In the continuation of the friendship day let us give a thought to these constitutional  obligations and act upon.
