Dear friends!
We urgently need Your help!!!
Probably many of you heard about terrible accident that had taken place in Goa on April, 8.
Our friend died, He was only 28, so young, kind and buoyant person. Parents are in despair. Friends could hardly believe that Vova was killed.  His girlfriend  now at the hospital after serious operations. Shi is only 22 - numerous of broken bones, serious head injury…

This is the only news that we found about this accident in mass media.
A 28-year-old Ukraine national was killed and his girl friend seriously injured when their motorcycle collided with a car at Anjuna in north Goa.

Anjuna Police said the accident took place yesterday when both were proceeding towards Anjuna on their motorcycle. Molodiamir Mogvasi was killed on the spot. his girl friend was rushed to Goa medical college hospital at Bamboli. Anjuna Police registered a case of accident. UNI SRN OBB SM1449 NNNN

As you see there is no information about car driver who is guilty in this situation. According to our intelligence car drive is an owner of the hotel somewhere in Mumbai. In different illegal ways he is trying to escape responsibility. Circumstances of the crash are next: the driver of Suzuki Swift went to the contra flow lane, where he collided head on with the motorcycle driven by Vova, his girlfriend was sitting behind.

We really need HELP! Any useful information about how to react in this case. We also looking for a good lawyer from GOA who knows all the nuances of Indian low.

You are really doing a great work.

I would suggest to involve media (both print and visual) into it. That to can help you to some extent.

Name the suspect in the FIR and get the Swift Car impounded by Police for further investigation. If Police is reluctant then make a complaint to Magistrate.

Correctly advised by Mr. Thukral.. File an FIR and if the police refuses to register it , file a private complaint to the jurisdictional magistrate.

Dear Querist,

If the police does not register the FIR, you have the remedy under Section 154(3) of the Cr.P.C wherein you can file a simple written application with the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district to take the necessary action against the accused. If that also does not yield any result, you may file a private complaint to the jurisdictional magistrate under Sec 156(3) Cr.P.C praying for summoning of the accused and punishing him under law. If all of these prove otiose, you may file a writ petition.

Feel free to talk.

REGARDS,

First register the FIR.

If not registered by Police Than written complaint to SSP of your city.

If not get success- file application under sec. 156(3) Cr.Pc.

Use RTI to know the vehicle owner.

You have a clue- search vehicle owner.

Investigate & search any person who seen this incident.

Nothing is impossible. God will help you.
