Greetings,
The freelancer agreement I'm provided with, is not an e-stamp paper. Just a regular one 'Indian Non Judicial' stamp paper which is available at stamp vendors. This is sent to me via email. My questions are:
1- Can this regular 'Indian non judicial' stamp paper be used for agreement purposes when the said agreement is done online?
2- Can one such regular 'Indian non judicial' stamp paper bearing the same handwritten serial number be used for agreement purposes of 2 totally different individuals?
For Example: Company A in agreement with Individual A for a certain amount of work to be completed and again the exact same stamp paper with the same handwritten serial number is used by Company B in agreement with Individual B for a certain amount of work to be done.
