Sir, In 1991 tamilnadu govt has been issued free patta in my father name .By mistaken govt officers provide patta in wrong survey no.I found that mistake after 23 years now.While i approach tashildar office regarding this issue they replied me to submit the application for cancellation of patta which was given wrong survey no..And resubmit the free patta application after patta cancel order.I want to ask you some details.Is it possible to make a corrcetion in patta survey no without cancel the patta.If yes who having a authority or power to make correction in survey no...My village is town panchayat in gobichettipalayam Taluk.Pls give me a assistance to make further process.
