Fraudulent registration

Hi, I have a land purchased in 1981 & sale deed registered at Chennai (sriperumbdur). Originally the land was sold to me as a partition belonging to them, by a son & father claiming that he is the younger brother of the main land owner, who is a lady. I now found that this land has been resold by one of her direct son itself to another party by giving power of attorney, who in turn sold to an 3rd party. No EC's were checked by the SRO's and hence the sale deed done by them now. Please let me know how to suit and in which law act, I can file a suit against these criminals..? what all could be consequences...

here it is a criminal act by the original sellers  and you as a purchaser could rely on law of crimes, file FIR or lodge a private compliant before the jurisdictional magistrate(crime).

FIR OR PRIVATE COMPLAINT NEED TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON THE BASIS OF 'FRAUD'

WHICH IS SERIOUS CRIME. U NEED TO HIRE A GOOD ADVOCATE GOOD IN CRIMINAL LAWS RELATING TO PROPERTY APPROPRIATIONS  OR THEV LIKE.
