Fraud marriage

Person(accused) has all ready submitted his statement and accepted that he was all ready married at the time of his 2nd marriage then why the Indore family court judge is delaying decision and is suggesting to settle the matter outside the court. 4 dates has all ready been passed after the statement given by the accused. Pls advice for the same. is there any option in the law to file a complaint against a judge or is there anyway out.

You have not given the facts of the case , the boy was already married before he done marriage with the other girl means second girl was not aware he was a married person , or she knows he is married before her but not knows he has not taken divorce from her, if so then second wife can file criminal case u/s 495ipc as he has concealed her previous marriage from her and also file her marriage for null and void in The family court .

What is the case pending in the court?, If the judge is asking you to settle the issue out of court, why don't you happily accept the proposal and live peacefully after such settlement instead of toiling with litigation/punishment/conviction for bigamy etc. This is a good opportunity, better utilise it if you are not satisfied with the reply, furnish the facts and details of your pending case for getting proper opinion.
