Fraud in property

My father bought one flat 2bhk before 8-9 years from one person .my father have power of attorney with him . Property possession with us . Now Before few years back we come to know that the person cheated us .actully he take loan from 3-4 banks on the same flat and run away. He is still missing . Now judge give order in favour of bank. We will be homeless if we give them possession. Please help my father is 65 and we are not good at financial condition .i am law student i want to help my family to save our home ..... Please help me i am trusting you experts ...there must be some way to out .
