I bought 2 bigha of land valued 25 Lacs from a person, he had Power of attorney for same and he registered property in my name. we have shown value of this propery purchase price for 5 Lacs ( stamp market value was 10 lacs). After we purchased came across this property was earlier being sold to others and his registration was done but namantaran was pending which was being done once we purchased this. so our registration and namantaran was cancelled. So in all we left with all money went with no property for us. We wanted to recover our entire money, please suggest soon. We have prepared and trying to file FIR for 420 but police is refusing.. help appreciated.
