Dear Professionals
I am a Company Secretary in Practice and I would like to register as a Trade Mark Agent.
I understand that along with the application for Registration in Form TM-G it is necessary to attach a Character Certificate from a Magistrate etc.
Can any one provide with a format of Character Certificate. Or is it enough if it is in the normal format certifiying the character of person concerned is good etc.
