Forgery of signature in bank

My signature has been forged and acused has taken loan from bank and have not recovered than I came to know about the matter , I have given the FIR against the bank personal and the acused but the case in debt and tribunal Bence of guwahati has not taken my signature for FSL report , what should I do

DRT will not have powers to sent your signature to FSL. It is the duty of the police.

YOU WRITE TO BANK AND DENY THE SIGNATURES AND THE LOAN.CALL FOR COPIES OF THE RECORD.GET YOURSELF SATISFIED .THEN ASK THE BANK TO TAKE APPRPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THE CULPRITS.DENY THE DEBT. AND APPROACH BANKING OBUDSMAN IN YOUR AREA,IF NO ACTION IS TAKNE BY THE BANK OFFICIALS.
