We are Government Contractors and take tenders for various Government agencies. We have performed a Government tender through our authorised person in 2010 for Rs 41 lakhs, We in 2010 march recd amount of Rs 6.5 lakhs and we didn't recieved any amount for these years upto 2013. We were following up our authorised person regarding the same, but he always used to say that funds are not being released. Later on in 2014 we contacted the department directly and came to know that all the payments have been released by the department and has been encashed into a forged bank account in our firms name. Now I know that how I can initiate for the recovery.
