How can one obtain a copy of it ? Is it possible to obtain the reports under RTI or on behalf of the accused?

If the accused is in judicial custody, can someone in the family collect on his behalf? What's the process?

Immediately after filing the chargesheet copy will be suppled to the accused.

In your case "Charge sheet has been filed or not." if yes then your counsel will get all the docuemnts. If no you have to wait or try to get the copy from IO.
