We are totally blind and don’t know what we have to do.

Firstly get the documents relating to the Will, probation order of the court and other relating documents from UK. Any action to be taken from your side can only be advised after studying these documents, off hand no proper guidance can be provided in such open forum, you need to discuss the matter with actual lawyer rather lay persons .

Thank Sir,

I will ask for the documents

Who died first - your father or the uncle? In the former case, the will has been rendered invalid or void.

Obviously, the bequest in favour of your father has lapsed.
