Respected Sirs/ Madam,

 

                                                I have been terminated from my job of a multinational firm incorporated / registered in USA without any notice or specified reason. CEO and Chariman are based in USA. I want to know whether I can sue them in USA from India. What are the legal procedures I have to follow?
