Forceful detention by police

Hi Ravi kumar police arrest you with court warrent or without warrent here police do everything that he can do for arrest to you but not harm to you 

after reach police station police could not stop you more than 24 hour in between 24 hour police present you n court and ask for remand period if court accept police request   but that not in all case 

so police arrest you and take you in police station
