Forced resignation

Hi,
Last month, my company asked me to resign, with the word that if i donot that they would take action which would impact my future.

After resignation, there are not giving my reimburssment amout.
I was in mumbai at client site, It was said that food expense would be given back, now they are not giving it, as there is no bill for the same.

But they had promised this, as lunch and brkfast was from local shopes which donot have bills.

 

Please tell me what I could do now?

Do you have any evidence of verbal assurance and forced resignation?

Are you a member of employee's/trade unions?

Without any documentary evidences it will be difficult to prove anything.
