For buyine old house 50 years above

Hi, Recenlty I just finalize one deal for buying house but I found few documents are missing and incorrect from my client.

1. Sale Deed Registration Receipt is not found.

2. In Society Map, house no is misplaced. It not at correct position. As per map it is next house and client said that it is from beginning.

3. Light bill is of first owner and she is not exists any more. Is it safe to buy house? Or Any solution for that?
