Floor wise registration in joint land case

Hello,

We are three friends who wants to jointly buy 2400 sq ft land in Bangalore. Then we are planning to build G+3 floors one above the other with ground floor left for parking. We want to then register each floor with each individual's name.
Is it possible to do so in bangalore. If yes,can somebody explain the whole process.the floor/flat registration cost wilk be different from land registration cost or that can be managed by some kind of legal agreement process between three parties.
The idea behind separate individual registration of each flat/floor is that if somebody wants to sell his flat in future,he could do so legally and should have proper documents to do so which tells that ,for ex:- 1st floor belongs to Mr A.

Any suggestion depends upon the prevailing local law and procedure.
