Flat transfer to legal heirs wherein society is not yet formed.
Flat is jointly held by Father and Son. Son died. Now father wants to transfer the entire flat in the name of his daughter-in-law. But the society is not yet formed. Please suggest the process to effect above transfers.
Also suggest if the process will remain same if daughter-in-law is remarried.
