Hell All,
Recently I bought a flat ( Tamil Nadu - Trichy) and registered it on Mar 2014 with a builder, gone through nationalised bank loan
Registration done for the UDS on Mar 2014 and without including additional 2% on the construction value of the flat because the builder said , since I paid advance on Sep 2013 on-wards and the construction value (2%) to be included only from Oct 2013, due to this I can save the over all registration fees as well (builder said)
Is there any drawback in this way?
Please shed some lights. Thanks!
