Flase case of cheque bounce

i have taken 20000 thousand rs from my friend and that time i had given the cheque but i have paid all the amount which i had taken still he file flase cheque bounce case what can i do pls tell me

File fir about lost cheque and inform the bank about the incident and ask for stoppage.

Obtain Full and final payment receipt from lender and write (under proper acknowledgment) to retrun the cheque and not to bank the cheque.
