Is there any legal act regarding "Fixed Rates" in shopping malls, retail shops etc?
If there is no such provision, then is it possible to take legal action on the person who is selling goods for a fixed rate without any rebate?
If Yes, then what sort of punishment he/she will get in this regard?
I heard that there is no such concept called "Fixed Rate" in consumer products?
Whom should I complain to take action on him/her for selling consumer goods for fixed rates?

I will be grateful to one who addresses all my queries in this regard........
