hi, i vinod suresh shegokar 32 years old ,
i have been married a girl which resides my native place on 11.05.2008
after that the criminal case has launched against me & my mom dad
under ipc 326 323 506 & 34 on 15.03.2009, we had jailed about 56 days
after that i meat with wife on feb 2010 then she supposed to live one year and clear all charges on my famliy
according to that i submitted application for FIR Quash in high court mumbai
then final judment was relised to my favor on july2011 that judgement states that
Fir has been quashed and ur free from all criminal procedding
now the problem is that my wife & their famliy therthen again & again for Reopen the past cash which was launched in march 2009
it is possible to Reopen
and yes what will be action / procedure take by court against me
please reply me as early as possible.......
