Fir put wrong survey no and book the case

Respected Senior & Juniours Advocates I have been wrongfully and intentationally book under sec 427 & 297 IPC tresspass in burial ground. The police book me under these two sections book me in sy no 411 but the illegal burial ground in sy no 412 And my father was the pattadar of sy no 411 & there are not even a inch land on the name of burial ground? In sy no 411 & 412 I want to ask you that can i go for the quash petition or wait for filing counter in the same case Please guide me Sir/Madam Regards Siddiqui
