Hello everyone
There was a Land dispute going on between us and one othe person who's land is adjacent to us
when the crop came for harvest he removed all the boundary stones beteween our lands as we know our boundaries exactly we harvested the crop
the very next day he filed a criminal case on us in the police station saying that we havested his crop and they started investigation but the police never informed us about the FIR, we came to know about it through other sources
so as the police have not recorded our statement or gaven any kind of notice to us since the FIR was rigesterd 4 months ago is this legal to continue the investigation with out any notice to us and also i herd in this kind of cases the local revenue office should investigate the land in the presence of both parties and give report basend on that to the police which didn't happen
so is it legal to just investigate only one party and open a crimenal charge sheet on this can we question the police on this
