Final arguments

CBI registered FIR u/s 120B r/w 420, 474,177, 468 r/w 471 of IPC but submitted final report u/s 420 and 471 only. at the time of framing of chages, judge added section 465 also. now question is this that at the time of final arguments, my lawyer should argue for 420, 471 only or for 465 also? He is confuesd. please response as early as possible.
