Filing false dowry harrassment case against wife

Is it advisable to file a case against wife on False dowry harrassment? If yes,what is the steps/ what details/proofs required? What is the success rate? What will be the time taken? What will be the punishment for her?

My wife has complained that i hsve harassed her by asking dowry . in counselling it was proved false. divorce in process. but need to teach a lesson. they have cruely harassed my life and humiliated me.

Not advisable. Better make police complaint that u are likely to be implicated in false case for your safety. Hope u will take my right in right prospective.
