A false Dowry harassment case was filed against my friend and his family. My friend is acquitted in the said case. Subsequently the complainant went on Appeal and Appeal was also dismissed.
Can my friend file criminal case against his ex-wife? Is there any limitation period to file such case? If so what is time duration?
My friend is residing in one place (City X) and his ex-wife is residing in another place (City Y). Trial went on in a different place. (City-Z) Where the criminal case should be filed?
