Filing a defamation suit in a pocso case

After winning a POCSO Case i want to file a Defamation suit against the complainant, who is the DCPO. Shall i go ahead? If yes, what are the legal hurdles before me? The Prosecution has not filed any appeal against the verdict and four months have passed.

You can file the defamation suit for damages but that will not suceed ,such litigation is not developned in India yet.
