Filing a case againts a person in ap from tamilnadu

I am about to file a case against a person who she cheated me and my friend with 2.5 lakhs before a year for sending us to a abroad job who she is staying in Hyderabad .And i came to know has she is already in a case in Tamilnadu.And even we both are from tamilnadu and we are having enough proofs

Please suggest us where the case has to be filed should be strong enough that hereaft these people should not play with the life of youths.
