sir, i filed a complaint against a official at nationalized bank and the bank even acknowledged it in writing in the RTI reply and the action taken which is nothing but a mere enquiry. i am aware of the provision set by RBI where we can claim for compensation upto 1lakh for rude behaviour and the mental agony caused out of it.. how should i proceed with filing such complaint. my intent was never to get any financial again out of this.but at the same time i cannot just accept the fact that this is just being washed off by the bank complaints by a mere enquiry.. where to file this complaint and what other details and documents are needed to prove the incident at the court..
