Name of the production manager is given as responsible person is given under clause 24 of Fertilizer Control Order 1985, and case has been filed by agriculture department under section 3 and 7 of Essential Commodity Act  1955, read with clause 19 of Fertilizer Control Order 1985. now our production manager has left the job of the company. Therefore can we replace the name of the production manager by name of another person as responsible person under clause 24 of FCO - 1985. in the case pending against our Ex-manager.

If it is a personal liability, how can you pass the buck? You can only do so if your company is liable through such officer.
