Can a property held in the name of a female member (not a coparcener, in this case she is the widow of the karta) of HUF be considered to be a HUF property ? Would this not come under a benami transaction especially in light of ruling by SC in Pushpa Devi vs CIT and section 14(1) of Hindu Succession Act ??
