Fema_gim guideline_issue policy in usd

Whether Indian general insurance companies are allowed to issue policy (non marine) in USD where premium is received in INR ? payment is not through any USD account?

Please let me know whether any Foreign Exchange Management (Insurance) Regulations or General Insurance in India (GIM) guideline is there.

i will appreciate any assistance on this.
