Federation of co-op. housing societies

can anybody provide information about MOU/agreement format to be signed between all societies(minimum 5 nos) in case of formation of association of housing societies. Is it possible to resign/withdraw from association in case of disagreement on certain issue. can this clause be added in agreement?
