Father willed property that he inherited from his father

Hello Sir,

My father (A) was the only son (no siblings) for his father (B). B inherited a house through will from his father (C).

My father (A) has two children me & my sister, and before dying (died in Nov2005) has willed the house to me. Now can my sister claim a share in the property?

Thanks in advance.

as your father executed a will in favour of you, so no one claim the property.

The property is ancestral for A.so he could not execute will of whole.your sister can challenge the will as your father was alive on 9/9/2005 as provided vide Amendment of 2005

Making better use of technology through similar websites targeted to the commercial real estate market is an idea that is starting to generate discussion in the industry. Norma Walton, a real estate investment executive, co founder of Rocket Property Ltd. and leader in several other companies, believes that technology can be as beneficial in the commercial real estate sector, as it has been in the residential sector.
