My issue is little complicated.
My father's name is in my educational certificates is only his initials i.e A K and not his full name.
His name in his service record is A.Kuttan Nair.
His name in my passport is wrong which is Anthapilly Kuttan Nair.I want to change it to Kuttan Nair.
His correct name is there only in his election card. i.e Kuttan Nair and he and I want to go by this name .
How do I change my father's name in my passport?
