Father name appers wrong in ssc,passport

Hi sir,

this is gopi, from Andhra Pradesh

incorrect name ( wrong name) mentioned and published in my ssc.then the same name continued in all my education documents like inter , degree, pg education degrees certicates.

ex: father name is sitha ram but mentioned as hari krishna (my uncle name )

with our ignorance and negligence at that time,I do have other option, excpet to carry the incorrect name in my other legal documents like passport, pan card.

I have other documnets like ration card and adhar card which mentioned my father name corrctly.

please suggest possible solution for my case.

how I can correct incorect name after long time in my all documents ?

what is the procedure? please assist me .

sorry . I havent enclosed full details.

my name is appeared correctly in all records.

my father name was wrong. ( pleae note that ,its nt a spelling mistake ).

please give your advise.

I appreciate your time and effort.

I have gone through the link you have send to me . There is application format addressed to

district magistrate/ additional district magistrate/ executive magistrate. I got reply from this forum that I can put this application mandal revenu officer (MRO), is it true ?

by going gazitee notification , what is the procedure? is it easy procedure can I by my self or is it better to take

help of lawyer who look after the application and gazitee notification?

I think the material which I sent to you give sufficient guidance so that you can apply on your own. I do not know who is Mandal Revenue Officer. Ask the source who advised you.
