Dear sir, My Farther died intestate three years ago. Now my mother, elder brother (married & has one child) and myself (married and have two children) are surviving family members. As per our settlement/consent one residential property in Ambala (Haryana) is to be transferred in my name. Please advise the procedure to be adopted and also if any fee to the government is required to be paid for such family transfer?
