1. Can an Agricultural graduate purchase Agri land in GUJARAT, if he is not holding any agri land and/or farmers certificate?
2.In past, once agri land owner, sold all land since last 25 years, want to purchase now small piece of Agri land to pass his retired life, can he purchase farm land and become farmer in GUJARAT?
