A husband in lower court ,file a petition for divorce and he gets a divorce also. The wife finally move to high court saying that i want to leave with here husband and having 2 childs also. The maintenance  order was granted of 6000/- . Both the childerns are with women and was leving in outer house of husband house. That plot is in name of Husband mother. Now she filled and eviction and accordingly the wife alongwith childerns were evicted. Now what is the remedy for the wife .

Either to move an application before the Honble high court or what?

Since the divorce has been granted, she has no remedy left and the husband is under no obligation to maintain the wife.
