Family property

Dear Sir, I have some question about property. Actually we are two brother. and my father is ready to give all property access both of us. So what documents required for it. My father ready to give property in our name. I wanted to know that what documents required for the same so that in future we can't interfere to each other. even not my father. If we are going for registered the property then we have to pay extra charges as stamp duty. is there any alternate? Type of property is accentual and self-earned both. We are Hindu family and belong to haryana. (India) Please advice.

The pros and cons of gift deed, sale deed have been discussed.

Check with your own counsel for Registered Family Agreement.

If it can happene then it may remove, future litigation.

Take up further with your own very able counsel of unshakable repute and integrity, specializing in revenue/property/civil matters, at your location and show all docs and evidences on record for a considered opinion, options and merits in each option.
