Family pension

whether a divorced daughter is eligible for family pension after his father who retired from Tamil Nadu State Govt. Service.

Yes! Just now in a similar query I've just confirmed that a divorced disabled daughter could be a dependent on his fathwr's retiremnt family pension and can continue to be epligible to share along with other family members till ahe remarries..
