After 3 years, my charge sheet has been filed in UP court and I had received its copy in last date. All allegations are same as mentioned in FIR. They have written that they did not found any evidence against other family members except me, only my name is in charge sheet while my all family members name has been removed. Can anyone tell, now OP can again add my family members (parents, married sisters & brother) name in Charge sheet, Then what will the procedure for their bail...
