I have submittted a petition before Family Court Gurgaon wherein I have requested the Court to provide relief wrt NOC from my ex-spouse for international travel of my minor child. I have already been awarded custody and he has no visitation rights nor has he sought them in a very long time now. We are not even aware of his whereabouts.
My lawyer says that the Family Court in Gurgaon is infamous for giving long dates... can anyone corrobate this ? I really need this information to be sure about the timeline and costs involved
