False rape case

Dear members Please help me, I have become victim of conspiracy against me, a girl made a case against me under posco act to lure money from me, police has already filed a final report in favour of me but girl made protest in court and court accept her protest. I went to ald high Court to quashing all the proceedings against me and to get stay on case,but all goes in vein

Police filed the report in UR favour,was primary facie against U by the police as per her allegation. Getting a criminal case quashed in HC is always futile exercise,U have to fight it out in the lower courts with merits and evidence.

Don't worry, submit all the evidence to court. If you're innocent, nothing will happen to you.
