False rape allegation and woman punished.

Helo to all , from this able forum I want to know if it is observed by the Hon. Court that the allegations made in criminal case are baseless and are made to score something else.. then what actions court take to punish the fake accusers.

Dont take the advantage of the law in India, the acquittal have an option to put�defamation and prejury case against you. This is what you say to the accusers. Remember to tell them not to involve in flesh trade, this may also involve criminal proceedings.

Sir my simple query is that this perjury thing goes automatically or the acquitted person have to take some initiative so that the fake allegation maker can't escape.
