Kindly let me know if any person gives false affidavit i.e. the false contents in his affidavit,before high court then what are the remedies to the other party as per law ? after one year.
Should file counter affidavit, and should pray to order for verification of alleged affidavit .
If yes ......then where to file session court or high court. because case disposed in high court ( in the anticipatory bail )
