I am a vicitm of false case filed against me under Prevention of Corruption Act. Chargesshet was filed and charges were framed without going into details. The case is at "Prosecution Evidence" stage since 2011 and till now only half of witnesses have been examined. I work in a MNC which require its employees to travel abroad frequentlyfor durations ranging from a week to 3 months. Since the case is pending I am unable to travel abroad due to which my whole carrer has come under threat. There are hardly any other jobs in India in the hydropower sector I specialise in. What remedies are available to me under law to safegaurd my career. Due to constant stress of the case I have also developed Hypertension and Depression over the time due to which I am unable to concentrate on my job. Kindly help.
